General Discussion / Artist pad is not working with a dual screen setup!

Hi!
I am new here! I am a teacher and I am using onenote to teach my online classes. I have a dual screen setup so that I can use onenote and see the videocall at the same time! As soon as I plug in the second screen the Artist Pad sends me this error (Touch mouse pointer, Click location must be a single monitor!

I am using a Surface pro 7 with a acer 27" touch screen!

Help would be awesome;-)

Hi - only a week into using windows after 20 years of using mac so could be a simple solution?

When tablet pro is running (artist pad, haven't tried others yet) the volume keys (f1, f2, f3) do not work. all other F keys seem to work eg brightness. As soon as I disable tabletpro they work again.

I've had a look through settings but can't seem to find a setting that would do this purposely?

Is this a bug? Anyone know a fix? Or is it normal - - as i am new to windows I don't have the experience or logic to suss it out - is there anyone who can shed some light on this?

I cant get the tablet to go over zbrush? like it stays behind zbrush instead of going over it so i can access it. please help!

I work with Windows 10 and the Duet app so I have a dual screen and I can draw on the Ipad in Windows apps like Zbrush, Mudbox, Photoshop etc. Windows recognizes the Ipad pencil and goes into tablet mode. It works great.
Now I purchased the Tablet Pro app so I can have the touch interface for the left hand to assist. But I can only access the buttons of the artist panel with the pen and not with the fingers. What setting is needed to get this right?

I have the same problem if I turn Tablet Pro into full screen mode on screen 2 (Ipad Pro) It doesnt work then brushing on screen 1. Windows and Tablet Pro seem to counter act on each other.

Unfortunately, that's just the "Application" button and doesn't let you run applications - it would be great if a few of the features allowed in the Gesture menus were available as buttons. (Another would be to switch to a specific layout.)

How do I???? / How do I open the Tablet Pro settings?

I have installed the app and trying to figure out how to open the Tablet Pro settings so that I can load shortcut panels, but it just seems impossible to find. On the start page of the app, all I can choose is "Getting started" which leads to a video where the settings are already opened but not showing how to open it, "Layout editor" or "Purchase". In the upper left corner there is a menu where I can pick "Settings", but it will only open an empty panel to the right side of the screen where I can do nothing.

Maybe it's super obvious to everyone else how to do this, but I can't figure it out at all.
