Suface Pro 7; Windows 10; Tablet Pro (TouchZoomDesktop) 2.0.9.9 - pen

Hi

If I zoom with two fingers (pinch) and approach the the pen (stylus) to the display, even before touching it, the zoom jumps back completely, it goes OFF. This happens without pressing a button on the pen and also when Bluetooth is switched off or the pen is disconnected. How can this be remedied?

Hi!

How can I change the Windows-Shift-F shortcut?
This shortcut opens the floating touchpad.
I have this shortcut assigned to another program and "Tablet Pro" has "stolen" this shortcut now.
How can I change this shortcut?

As title.
I am a long time TabletPro user and has just been bugged with this issue recently. TabletPro had been working normally until one day, when it started up with this error message. If I leave it be, I can use TabletPro somewhat normally, albeit with the error dialog visible on screen and I can't use pen and touch simultaneously in Affinity Photo (though admittedly I'm not sure if it's Affinity Photo or TabletPro fault yet). However if I close the error message, TabletPro will close any Artist pad/Float pad while still being active, as indicated by the light up icon on the taskbar.

I've tried reinstalling TabletPro but the issue still persisted.

I'm using a Surface Book 3 (MPP) hooked with a Thinkvision M14t external monitor (Wacom AES), if it helps.

I use a lot of apps in full screen, for some that means no taskbar. sometimes I like to hide all tools to look at my work, the tablet pro pads can be assigned a button to close it but without the taskbar I can not open the tablet pro pad without backing out of full screen clicking the taskbar icon and then going back to full screen, not the most horrible situation but it would be nice to assign a keyboard shortcut to toggle the pad on and off, the only way I can see to activate it is the taskbar button. I tried to make a touchmousepointer pro shortcut but it doesn't do anything when you click it

Suface Pro 4; Windows 10; Tablet Pro (TouchZoomDesktop) 2.0.9.3
Full desktop zoom ON -> pinching two fingers. When the pen approaches (even before touching it) the display (without pressing any button) zoom gets immediately back to normal (no zoom, zoom closes, just as Zoom OFF). This happens with Bluetooth On or OFF. How can I avoid this?

Bugs / Edit Layout does nothing

Trying my best to like this app but it's been nothing but frustration so far.
I've already had to re-do my whole artpad layout again because the 'update' I needed corrupted the entire program, and now whenever I click 'Edit Layout' from the artist pad menu, nothing happens. I've been editing the pad the whole time so I have no idea what changed but it just will not allow me to edit the layout anymore unless I manually open the Tablet Pro app and load the preset myself. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Can the Xbox layout be changed? Id like to play virtual pinball and vertical games on my surface. I'd like to change the layout and lock the location regardless of surface orientation. Is this possible?

Hi, I've been using TabletPro for a while. I use a laptop-tablet running on windows 10. I was in the middle of drawing when I accidentally swiped something on the side bar (can't even imagine which button it was) when it switched to some default layout. When I tried to change it back, it wouldn't change. Nothing I did would make it change. I tried several different layouts- nothing. It's just stuck on default. Updating it didn't work. Trying to make a new one in the manager didn't work. I'm not sure what to do. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So, for the 'pen and touch problem' there's an option you can disable from the settings of your pc: Devices -> Pen&Windows Ink: "ignore touch input when I'm using my pen". This option exists for Surface Pro 7, idk about 2.

As for the hold & release button thing, I have a funny roundabout: go to "Edit Layout" for your artist pad, then click on the button you wanna change. Set it to "Frame (with L drag)" and then tick whichever secondary button you want from below (in your case Alt). This button is supposed to be a touch-pad-like substitution, but it does the job for a "hold & release" button. Funny.

Anyway, I know it's been 2 years since this post has been written but I figured it's an important thing to share.
