How do I???? / Use .png background

I've discovered the .png files and would like to use them as my button background. How do I do that? I tried to open the file, but only .ini files are listed.

I think the color scheme would help differentiate between sets of actions on the Photoshop layout.

How do I???? / Ultra Pro Cheetsheet?

While I think the ultra pro settings have a tremendous potential, it also has a tremendous learning curve. A cheat-sheet of gestures and their meanings would be significantly helpful in learning how to use it. Not all of us learn visually (i.e. YouTube) and reading is the preferred method.

Has anyone attempted a quick list?

I found the ultrapro settings. Two follow-up questions:

1 These look like registry settings; is that correct?

2 Is there a ini version?

How do I???? / Move float (Surface Pro 4)

I think I've set up TablePro correctly, but I cannot get the float to move when I use two fingers.
I have a Surface Pro 4 and tried w/ and w/o type cover attached, w/ and w/o tablet mode. Using the default settings.
When I place two fingers on the float, the 'pad' lights up and single arrow shows, but nothing else happens.

Any ideas on where I went wrong?
