Hi hh,

Try going into settings and choosing "artist pad". in that menu there should be an option for "Load preset" by default that should bring you to a folder with some files in there for you to try. =)

alternately you can go to the beta page of the Tablet Pro website and download the ultra profile. It contains my most recent personal photoshop preset.

as far as the trial goes. A lot of the functionality that you want to test is available in the trial. We are adjusting the free version to require an upgrade after a few weeks to a month. (over site on our part) but you should be able to test everything you'd like to test. =)

I'm using my Wacom based sp2 lately and am seeing what I think you are also seeing.

So here is what I think is going on. I know that the Wacom tech works differently with Tablet Pro than the N-Trig options do. One thing with the Wacom tech is that the pen and touch works at the same time but with only 1 touch point available for simultaneous use. This means that if your palm is on the screen that would count as one touch point.

Would you test this and see if simultaneous pen and touch works if your palm is off the screen?

I had forgotten about this issue as I moved to the sp4 and surface book and its different there.

Currently this is not something that we support.
In the future we plan on spending a lot more time on the gamepad. Currently it is low on the priority list

Can you describe a little bit more of what's happening when you try and use the pen in touch at the same time? This is probably going to take a little bit of research to figure out so the more information you can share the better

I have a thought,

is it possible that you are using a "right or left dock" instead of the artist pad? I'm not sure if those are pen and touch together enabled. There is a possibility if you aren't directly in an artist pad that you would have these problems. Just a thought.

Wow, really like the style and the icons you used. Really nice setup! I also learned that ctrl + w closes the browser tab. pretty cool. I'm curious what do you specifically use this setup for? It looks like a task specific setup.

Hi Raaomoka,

Great suggestion. Definitely something we want to do. We currently have about 20 little and big features and add, tweak or adjust. I'm excited by each step we take down the road. We hope to eventually be a single app so some of this integration may get pushed to the side while we focus on some features that we have picked as high priority. Currently, if we are able to increase conversion of the in app purchase we are able to afford to take Takashi to full time on Tablet Pro. If we are able to do this then the amount of work that can be done in a week becomes wildly different and the end result is our best product. =)

We have been trying to prioritize in the order with a number of necessary features being placed on hold till they can be accomplished at a better time. I hope this makes sense and gives a little background on how we are making decisions in this current phase.

Thanks Raaomoka. Keep the suggestions coming as we need help from you and your suggestions are right on the mark.
