Title: Pen Tool Not Working

Please help! My pen tool doesn't look the same as yours does in the video and nothing working in it.

My pen tool also is not working. It won't even run just an error message and I already paid! Windows is not in s mode. It says that it cannot stop a previous script an then just shuts down...
