xbox one streaming
« on: December 08, 2015, 01:02:37 pm »
hello,

i am wondering if someone was able to get this working as a controller for xbox one game streaming.
installed vjoy and Vjoy, still its saying i need the drivers for gamepad mode.
my tablet is a asus T200TA 64bit windows 10 tablet.
as a console gamer i am not quite familair with the setting up controls for pc games, i would really like to get it set up so i can stream my games to this tab and use onscreen controls.

or isnt this yet possible ?

thank you

Ztinoezz,

I haven't been able to get it working as a way to play xbox one games via streaming. That is the goal. However I should state that we have been prioritizing the artist community as of late. I have been working with a guy to develop a driver that lets our controller get seen as an xbox controller. Hopefully that will be done sooner than later, but the guy is typically a bit difficult to get a hold of. So I wouldn't wait around for it.

I had a number of problems getting the drivers to show up. I don't remember what I did that finally got them to stick. I'll have to play around with it soon and see if I can figure it out again. Sorry, I don't have that answer for you at the moment!

btw. What games are you looking at playing?

thank you for the reply.

my preffered games are shooter games, i would just like to have a working onscreen controller so i can play all games.
there seems to be no working controller emulator for windows touch, seems i will be forced to wait this one out, i bought this version from the windows store ( wonderfull.ikke email, not the one used to subscribe here ) so it would really be nice if some time is put in to this.
i would be very greatfull and willing to test them.
i have good faith in you.

as said before, i have no experience in pc gaming so its a little hard for me to try and follow things up, but is there a way i can get these touch buttons to work with xinput ?
this way the onscreen buttons should work with the xbox app...

Getting the touch buttons to be seen by the game as Xbox controller buttons is our end game strategy. We are working with someone to get this into reality, however we have no specific date of completion available. I personally really want this feature too. Would be awesome to sit in bed with my tablet and use touch controls to play games.

yes it would be nice my friend...

i have 4 xbox ones at the moment, 3 of them remain in my gameroom and with the other i play upstairs, it would be nice to be able to let it stream and play to my bed ( somehow my wife thinks its a little too much, but hey, what does she know ;D )
my streaming works perfect to my room, on screen controls could make it alot better as i wouldnt need to have 2 seperate devices.

anyway, nice to know your on this and many many thanks fot the effort and time you put in this... not only you, that counts for everyone.
