Using gestures to change button layouts.
« on: January 07, 2016, 12:47:28 am »
How do I use gestures to change button layouts?

Is there anyway to have more than one artist pad?
Im trying to change layouts right now and the only way I know how to do this is to keep loading ini's into the presets.  Is there anyway to at least make it appear in the option box in the task bar?
Right now I seel only Full Screen, Float, Side(right), Artist Pad, Close.

here is one way

have to understand that gesture can be drawn on any black area of tablet pro and you have to configure that gesture for that mode in tablet pro.
oh and make sure custom ini is set in settings as this is replaced with gesture loaded ini files.

Hi Julian and Andy,

First off, Julian, that was really cool. I've never tried doing layout switching that way. Does it handle pen and touch simultaneously okay? You've got me thinking.

Andy, if your using the artist pad and want to switch layouts quickly there is a layout "history" in the artist pad menu. I find this personally the fastest way to do it. Another way is you can right click quick panel and get the same layout.ini history where you can switch easily back and forth. Julian's way is cooler though. =)
