use windows key as a modifier like shift ctrl and alt in the layout editer

I want to create a task view button in my layout but the shortcut is Win + Tab which is not available.

not entirely related to tablet pro but to perform system control operations I use touch me gestures to minimize, max, alttab available on windows app store.
