Re-Install on new device - License Code

I have purchased Table Pro but had to replace my surface device and I am now rebuilding the new device. 

When I get to the activation point, it asks me to put in my license code but the original mail does not have my License Code. 

If I try to do this via the Windows Store, then it asks me to pay again.  Seems no records are recorded.
