Hi Dream3,

We do have an option that we very recently created that allows that. It's not perfect but does work well.

set a button to "frame with R drag"+ alt.

Do to some weird palm rejection issue with windows 10 you have to lift the pen tip up while you use the button, but its still quite fast. If you set palm reject (pen settings) to right hand it works like a charm but you lose other functionality and I don't recommend the switch.

We hope to eventually surpass the Windows 10 palm rejection problems. Just a bit difficult at the moment.
