tablet pro

I am using ArtistPad version on dual monitor.
in wacom citiq pro 13, pressing button then the ui remains pressed and no longer input.If I minimize the touch button and bring it up again or reset the display monitor, it returns to normal.
but my another notebook, everything is well.
what is the problem?
