I can reproduce this.

It does not matter what mode you are in Fullscreen/Float. Seems to be the way Table Pro accepts the double tap and drag function to replicate the workings of a physical track pad for double tap and hold dragging.

I notice that when Tap and Drag is enabled. it take 3 taps to register as 2 and 4 taps to register as 3 etc etc.
